Last week,  Barton’s UK distributor, Marathon Leisure,  invited some of their suppliers into their sales meetings to train and update the sales staff on new products and upcoming programs.

The Boomstrut is now legal for racing in this prominent class! 

Paris Boat Show was a busy one this year!

METS Report:  Marine Equipment Trade Show – the biggest and best in the marine industry!

2016 has been a very exciting and interesting year at Barton. 

The weather was mostly on our side this year – given a few sudden squalls of rain followed by sunshine…our heroes of the Show, Jimmy Green Chandlers and TCS Chandlery, were kept busy selling our High Load Eyes – our Boat Show Special this year. 

Barton’s UK distributor, Marathon Leisure Ltd., followed Southampton Boat Show with their annual customer Trade Days! 

Amid all the discussion of Brexit here in Europe, Barton Marine attended Annapolis Boat Show where the major line of discussion was on the upcoming Presidential campaign and election!!

It’s been quite a busy time for me and Barton as we create new sales programs, new designs and concepts for the sailing market.

And now… 100% Spotlight on Amsterdam METSTRADE 2016: The Marine Equipment Trade Show - our busiest Show of the year where we meet with our global distributors to share ideas, forecasts and comments for the upcoming season and beyond.

Over the last few weeks it’s been my pleasure to meet in the Netherlands with Belship, our Dutch Distributor, and also welcome new UK customers to Barton’s line.

Barton Marine will be promoting and aiding sales efforts in our Chandler’ stands at Southampton Boat Show in September. 

Rob Lyne joins the Barton Marine team this month, taking over from Christian Brewer as Sales Manager.

With spring just around the corner, it’s time to check your deck hardware for signs of wear and tear.

The 2016 Barton Marine Warm-Up Series at Largs Sailing Club culminated on Easter Sunday, with gusts of 37 knots ripping through the fleet at the end of the first race.
