Here in the UK at Barton HQ the days are getting shorter and temperatures are dropping rapidly.  It takes dedication to be on the water at dawn, but that is where you can find the Barton crew.  This month's header image shows production team member Pete out in the bay before work getting as much time at sea as possible.
