At the recent London Boat Show this was the most talked about topic by visitors to the Barton Marine stand. 'How can we set up our boats to make sail handling possible from the safety of the cockpit?' and 'what advice can you offer on what equipment I should purchase?'. To help guide sailors considering the options, we have a comprehensive guide for you to read on what to purchase and where to position components to best lead sail handling lines back to the cockpit.

This article covers not only lines back from the mast but also the option to have cockpit adjustable towable Genoa cars that run on the T Track section already fitted to the boat. Barton Marine's Genoa cars are suitable for nearly all types and size of T Track manufactured over the last 40 years, we even manufacture thinner Genoa car  inserts for the limited number of the 1980's  32mm T Tracks that were slightly thicker in section.
