The London Boat Show is the first European Boat Show of 2014, the event took place at Excel in London’s Docklands in early January. Visitors to Barton Marine’s stand had the benefit of the advice of our technical experts - Director Paul Botterill and Sales Manager Christian Brewer along with Hazel Morris our Sales administrator. For the first time, visitors were able to enjoy the video of Olivier Champeaux’s Challenger ¼ tonner on the big screen; watch out for more video clips on our web pages later this year.

The visitor numbers were down on last year but the number of serious enquiries were much improved. It seems that the glorious weather we had last summer has re-kindled enthusiasm for carrying out winter upgrades, especially for the installation of the removable Mainsheet traveller system and specific products for leading lines aft to the cockpit.
