Saltwater Communications has been appointed to handle the PR and advertising for Barton Marine, one of the UK's leading manufacturers of deck hardware. Established in 1949, Barton was one of the first companies to introduce laminated plastic (Tufnol) and stainless steel in the manufacture of lightweight yachting blocks. Barton's use of powerful new materials allowed for the production of stronger, lighter sailboat fittings at very competitive prices.
