Recirculating ball-bearing travellers

Our completely new range of recirculating ball bearing Traveller and Genoa Car equipment is available in three sizes and can be used on yachts up to 15mtrs l.o.a. with the following as a guide to choice.
  • Size 1 for yachts up to 9m (30ft)
  • Size 2 for yachts up to 12m (40ft)
  • Size 3 for yachts up to 15m (50ft)

ALL SIZES INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES

TRAVELLERS END FITTINGS AND TRACKS:
All are extruded from top quality marine grade aluminium and finished in our new 'SPECTRO' grey anodised finish.

CONTROL LINE SHEAVES:
Feature our new design low friction ball bearing sheaves integral to the Traveller and end fitting body. Neat caged sheaves are added to the top of the body for multi purchase systems.

CAM CLEATS:
Where fitted, are from our Kevlar 'K' Cam range.

SHACKLE TAKE OFF:
Has a high load forged stainless pivoting shackle. A double take off version is available to allow for two speed mainsheet systems.

TOGGLE UPSTAND TAKE OFF:
Features a solid cast stainless toggle upstand with an anti tumble soft rubber bearing fitted. Toggles accept the swivel post as fitted to our cruiser block range and allow for a neat low profile mainsheet system.
A double take-off version is available for two speed mainsheet systems.

STANDARD TRAVELLERS:
Run on Delrin ball bearings and all safe working loads are given for this option. However a Torlon upgrade ball package is available which will increase the rolling load figures by approx. 40%.

TORLON BALLS:
A Torlon Ball Package is available for where high load applications are required. These are available for short and long cars in all sizes.

    RECIRCULATING MAINSHEET TRAVELLERS WITH CAM -
     

    To further complement our new range of mainsheet travellers we have now introduced the following three models featuring 'K' Cam cleats fitted to the car. This enables a 4:1 purchase to be achieved with the advantage of adjustment at the car rather than the end fitting. Cam mounting plates are of rugged design from marine-grade aluminium "Spectro" anodised to match.

    ANGLED TAKE OFF END FITTINGS FOR RECIRCULATING TRAVELLER SYSTEM -
